Giuliana Rancic TV Hostesses underwent a double mastectomy in late 2011, but that hasn't slowed her down at all. The TV personality looked gorgeous at the 2012 Golden Globes in a floor-length gray and black Monique Collignon gown. The brunette wore the dramatic gown with very understated accessories, letting the embellished dress speak for itself. Not many gals could pull off a dress like this, but she did so with ease.
